These terms govern your use of Harbor Hours, a monthly coaching membership sold on Whop. By purchasing or using the membership, you agree to this document.

The service

Harbor Hours provides access to a members-only community: a monthly live Q and A, a forum (Question Board), a members chat, and related session notes. Content, session times, and format may change as the community grows.

Membership and billing

• The membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Whop.
• The listed price is $19.99 USD per month unless a different plan is shown at checkout. Taxes may be added at checkout.
• You authorize Whop to charge the payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel.
• Cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the period already paid.

What we do not promise

Coaching is educational and advisory. Harbor Hours does not guarantee income, clients, job outcomes, or any specific result. You stay responsible for your decisions and for following laws that apply to your work.

Community conduct

• Do not harass members or staff.
• Do not pitch unrelated products or recruit inside the community without written permission.
• Do not share another member's private situation outside Harbor Hours.
• Do not post illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share.

We may remove posts, suspend access, or cancel a membership if these rules are broken. Fees already paid are handled under the refund policy.

Intellectual property

Harbor Hours materials, including session notes and site copy, stay our property. You may use them for your own work. You may not resell, republish, or share them as a product.

Access

Membership access is personal. Do not share your login. We may revoke access if an account is shared or abused.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Harbor Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the membership or your use of advice given in sessions or the community. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
